Our Mission
Thelma B. Pittman, Jupiter Pre-School Inc. is committed to providing a quality, full inclusion, Early Childhood Program that stimulates and fosters the physical, cognitive language and social-emotional development of young children; one to five years of age. We also offer after school programs for ages up to 10. We offer affordable rates for our Early Childhood Program that serves the Jupiter community and provides ongoing support to improve and strengthen family relationships.

Thelma B. Pittman, Jupiter Pre-School has been serving the community of Jupiter for over (50) fifty years. We pride ourselves not only on our longevity, but also our commitment to providing our students with a strong foundation to be successful in school and in life. We are a diverse facility and provide an opportunity for students to work both collaboratively and independently while engaging in mathematics studies, scientific investigations, arts education, language arts and social studies. We support our students in creating their own interest investigations as well. Our large outdoor playground develops students in their physical activities. The cornerstone and heart of our school is always to provide a safe and caring environment where all students are accepted and feel welcome.
Our Facility
Our classrooms are replete with conducive learning areas and are filled with age-appropriate learning tools. The spacious classrooms allow for children to feel comfortable to explore the environment at their own pace. There is an easy sense of flow that runs through each classroom. The classrooms are organized around learning centers. Each classroom includes a block area, a dramatic play area, a science area, a library, and an art area. At the beginning of each day, during what is called free play time, children can decide which area they would like to play in. These areas are separated by low dividers that still allow the children to move freely among them. Each learning center allows children to play and explore materials with the guidance of the teacher or individually in a small group.
